Shipping
Note: We will ship your order 1 to 5 business/working days after you place your order. An estimated delivery time (given from our partner shipping providers) will be provided at the checkout for all purchases. As soon as your order is ready, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email. * The order date is not always the same as the ship date, as we are working only weekdays and not weekends e.g., if you place an order Friday night, it’s possible the order won’t ship the next day, but on Monday or Tuesday.
As you know, all our products are very attentively priced. Since we are a small business we cannot afford free shipping option for all the products. We could have marked up our garments higher (as other brands and retailer usually do) and offer you the 'free' shipping, which would be calculated within the price..
Instead, we have decided to go completely transparent, hoping you won't mind paying for delivery. Therefore, the shipping costs are on you for orders under 450€.
For orders over 480€ we can offer you a free shipping but at this case we have added on average 15€ additional amount at logistic area, otherwise will have a loss !!!!! Please don’t forget to enter the “FITOLFS” at checkout !!!!!

EU
For EU orders, we offer a variable flat shipping rate of 6 € to 18 €. We ship our packages via Postnl and DHL, for the time being.
If you need another shipping carrier option that is cheaper than the selected, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Orders typically ship within 2 - 5 business days and are often delivered within 5 -12 business days of being shipped. (Note that we ship everything from Amsterdam, Netherlands, so the closer you are to us, the faster your order is likely to arrive!)

International shipping rates start at around €35.00. To avoid any surprises, any applicable duties and taxes are paid at checkout. All international orders ship via PostNL, and shipping times vary depending on your location.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy
In light of current global events, please note that returns may take longer to process. Once received, it may take 1–2 weeks to complete your return.
Please be aware that we cannot offer free return shipping at this time. If you wish to return an item, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. To ensure a smooth process, kindly email us beforehand with your order number and the return shipping tracking number so we can monitor the package’s arrival.
Return Window
You have the right to return your order within 5 (five) working days from the date of delivery.
This policy reflects our commitment to maintaining a smooth and sustainable process. Each design is one-of-a-kind, and we cannot afford to have items unavailable for extended periods.
We also hope you hold onto the joy you felt when placing your order! If something doesn’t work out, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help you find an alternative through our exchange window offer.
Important Notes:
Do not return any package without prior notice. Please email us at info@fitolcollections.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Refunds for returns will include the product price only and exclude initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs will also be your responsibility.
However, if you are exchanging your item for another size or if the package is returned because it was not picked up at the post office, return shipping costs will be covered.
Made-to-Order, Custom, and Final Sale Items
Items made to order, custom designs, one-of-a-kind upcycled pieces, or items purchased during a sale period (marked “Final Sale”) are not eligible for a full refund or exchange due to the limited nature of these products.

Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or style, you may return your item within the 5-day window and place a new order for the desired product.

How to return an item
You will have 5 days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered, regardless of where you are in the world. Items on discount are final sale and therefore cannot be returned.
1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at info@fitolcollections.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the quick process.
2. Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package. Please ensure that your item is packed in a way that will protect it for the return journey. We will notify you once we receive and begin processing your return.
3. Returns have to be paid by you, so choose drop off your package at your preferred return location.
4. Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded.
5. Important Note : Any orders placed within the context of Made to Order or Custom order, or in a sale are not eligible for refund, or exchange (as the # of produced designs are limited or one of a kind). Other discount codes may be eligible refund – please reach out at info@fitolcollections.com if you have any questions.

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
Customs
Within the European Union you will not be charged for customs. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
