The unique story behind your coat:
“ In 2021 I bought an old 80’s sleeping bag online, a charming find from Yvette. I discovered it held secrets of romantic rendezvous and friends gathering picnics under the French stars in the 80;s 90s.
Yvette, the former owner, told me how the sleeping bag became a symbol of love and connection as she was a young lady enjoying the 80’s / 90’s festivals under the French skies.
I love this blanket Jacket because it carries the warmth of friends gathering and summer festival vibes. Raw material costs around 105+ euros including the trim in satin black.
Crafted by Katerina, who mended, and hand washed the blanket, designed the pattern, deconstructed, and cut the material. Sewn by Yasar and Memo in our partner’s atelier, and the button loops were hand-sewn by Katerina herself.
We hope you find this story intriguing and enriching. Wrap yourself in warmth and comfort around the clock as the raw fabric has a rich history of over 40 years.
Wear it with joy for years to come and then add your story to it and give it to your loved ones.”
